Accommodation Cancellation Policies
3-Day Policy (Flexible): No deposit is required at booking. You may cancel or amend free of charge until 9:00 AM, 3 days (72 hours) before arrival. Full payment is taken 72 hours before arrival and is thereafter non-refundable and non-transferable.
14-Day Policy (Pamper, Sleepover, & Self-Catering): A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is taken at booking. The remaining balance is charged 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within the 14-day window result in a charge for the total reservation price.
Specific Date Policy (Payment Plans / New Year): A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The balance is charged on a stipulated date (e.g., 1st October for New Year’s Eve). Cancellations after this date result in the forfeit of the full stay cost.
Non-Flexible Policy (Advance Purchase & Promotions): Full payment is taken at booking. All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, and reservations cannot be amended.
Spa & Salon
Woodland Spa: Full payment is taken at booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to be ready for treatments at the allocated time will result in the loss of the slot without refund.
Olive & Orchard Salon: A non-refundable deposit may be required. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, result in a full charge for the booked service.
Dining
Standard tables require 24 hours' notice for cancellation to avoid a £25 fee. Pod hire and Afternoon Tea require full payment at booking and are non-refundable.
Conduct, Alcohol, & Eviction Policy
Conduct and Noise: The Inn reserves the right to judge acceptable conduct. Violations of quiet hours (00:00 to 08:00) or aggressive behavior will result in warnings, loss of security deposit, or eviction.
Alcohol Policy: Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed in licensed areas. Alcohol brought onto the premises is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated.
No Refunds for Breach: If we are required to cancel or cut short your booking due to a breach of our noise, conduct, or alcohol policies, the Inn has no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, services, or any other incurred expenses.
