A non-refundable, non-transferable 20% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance will be charged 72 hours before arrival and is also non-refundable and non-transferable after that time.

A temporary security hold will be placed on the card used for booking 72 hours before arrival: £50 for main hotel, courtyard, and farmhouse rooms; £100 for Causey View & hot tub bedrooms; and £200 for hot tub houses. This hold is released on your departure day, provided the room is in good condition and our guest guidelines are respected.

This will appear as a pending transaction. Once released, it should disappear, increasing your available balance. Bank processing times vary and can take 5-7 working days.
